Position Title: Office Administrator

Location: Strong Luxury Sdn Bhd, No 19-2, The Trillium, Jalan Tasik Utama 3, Medan Niaga Tasik Damai Sg Besi, 57100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Job Summary:


The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting office directors and managers, and providing a welcoming and efficient environment for both employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Administrative Support:

    - Manage and organize office operations and procedures.

    - Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, directing them to the appropriate person.

    - Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

    - Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.

  • Office Management:

    - Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment.

    - Liaise with building management and service providers.

  • Event Coordination:

    - Plan and organize company events, meetings, and conferences.

    - Arrange travel and accommodation for directors as needed.

    - Coordinate catering and logistics for events and meetings.

  • Financial Duties:

    - Assist with budgeting and financial record extracting and keeping.

    - Work with the finance department on payroll and billing matters.

  • Customer Service:

    - Handle inquiries from clients and stakeholders.

    - Provide general support to visitors and staff.

    Qualifications:


    - Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.

    - Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    - Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook).

    - Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

    - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

    - High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.

    -Multilingual preferred (English, Malay, Chinese, etc.)

    - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

    - This role is performed in a professional office environment.

    Salary:


    Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

    Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
