Required language(s): Mandarin
- Preferred with at least 1 year of office administration experience.
Possess with own transportation
- Respond to customer inquiries on the company's services and products
Assisting with documentation, and administrative support.- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the sales cycle, ensuring smooth workflow and timely follow-up.
Manage customer order with prepare quotation, checking and compile product info, project info and etc.
- Handle the processing of shipments with accuracy and timeliness
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.- Provide excellent customer service and maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers.
Other ad-hoc and general duties as assigned.
