Responsible to perform monthly payroll functions including attendance administration, payroll calculation before submits the report to the third party (Business Select Outsourcing).
Preparing Purchase Order (P.O.) and Delivery Order (D.O.) on a timely basis if needed.
Issuance of personal letters including Letter of Appointment, Confirmation, Promotion, Resignation or other HR correspondence for all level of staff (Probation, Permanent or Contract).
Any matters relating to staffs disciplinary, misconduct investigation and grievance handling.
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
To maintain and purchase office equipment and stationery.
Involve 5S activities.
To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time.
