Job description:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate sales meetings and follow up on action items.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders and customer requests.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure timely delivery and billing.
- Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
- Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on customer feedback and resolve complaints as needed.
