Responsible for tracking parcels to customers and conducting communication with customers and related departments in the communication channels specified by the company
To provide information, advice and basic troubleshooting in the case of delayed or lost deliveries
Record data and produce daily/weekly/monthly reports. Both in the part of the parcel that has delivery problems, residual or other related problems.
Problem analysis and performance
To present solutions to problems in delivery to be more efficient and effective.
Study and follow up on new knowledge-related technologies. to be applied in effective management
Work and other projects as assigned by the supervisor

Prefer candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Administration / Customer Service / Logistics / Supply Chain.
Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malay and English is Mandatory. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking Business Users.
Diploma or Degree majoring in Logistics management, transportation, supply chain management are preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to maintain good cooperation with various departments.
Have strong learning initiative, good observation, self-discipline and modest.
Aptitude to succeed in a stressful and deadline oriented environment.
