Position: Admin Executive
Salary Package: RM3,000 RM5,000

Job Descriptions:
- Perform general administrative duties including answering phone calls, attend visitors and managing correspondence.
Handling office facilities maintenance and servicing- Maintain office cleanliness and tidiness, including overseeing office cleaning services
Co-ordinate with vendor to troubleshoot IT and system related issues.
- Assist in the application and renewal of company licenses and permits
To provide clerical support and other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:- Candidate must possess at least STPM
At least 2 years office administrative experience, especially dealing with government department such as Majlis, CIDB, Custom etc.
- Have experience in handling LMW license
Good command of MS Office- Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
