Job Description

Job Responsibility

The Admin Executive is responsible for managing arrangements for the transportation and deliveries of products. Managing and supervising of warehouse personnel. To preparing, organizing and storing information paper and digital form



Responsibilities

  • Data Entry and filing task like invoices and delivery order.
  • Handling various administrative and clerical responsibilities such as answering phone calls.
  • Assisting Superior in all day-to-day activities.

Job Requirements

  • SPM, Fresh graduates and School Leavers are Encouraged to Apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Can speak in English and Mandarin
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
  • Problem-solving ability and adaptability under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Auto Count System is a must.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
