Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, and maintaining employee records.- Monitor and manage staff welfare, employee benefits, and timely processing of staff claims.
Contribute to organisation of company events, team-building activities, and coordinate training and development programs.
- Maintain safety equipment and handle general insurance administration.
Prepare and distribute internal communications and announcements, and handle employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
