Key Responsibilities:
- You will assist with a variety of tasks including day to day administrative and operation matters . For example director's travel arrangements, hotel booking, visa process, managing calendar and daily agenda, expense reports, and correspondence, driving the director to appointments, and attending and organizing meetings, assist in the exhibitions and fairs.
You will involve in assisting, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, for example meeting, liaising and negotiating with vendors and clients, to support the growth and development of the company- Provide support to Top Management on negotiations, deals, and market analyses
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as necessary.
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time by the Management.
Good communication skills in
English, Malay, and Mandarin (Compulsory)- _We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking & English-speaking suppliers or clients._
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure- Self-motivated and results-oriented
Must have your own transportation.
- Working experience in sales or business development environment would be an advantage.
Willing to travel outstation
- Skills and Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or other fields- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse audiences.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office mainly in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations and a good working knowledge of Excel is essential.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs and demands of the management executive.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment
5 days a week (Monday to Friday)- May occasionally need to work outstation and/or on weekend (especially when we have exhibition / trade fair
