Job Description
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Perform general day-to-day administration duties such as filing, copying, scanning and emailing and etc
Process paperwork, generate reports, maintain and update database
Arranging, monitoring & ordering of pantry supplies, stationeries, toiletries and inventory for the office on a monthly basis.
Have good communication skill and able to handle multiple tasks.
Filing documents and communicating relevant information
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirement
At least 4 years working experience in related field
Degree holder and at least Gred B in SPM Bahasa Melayu and English
Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office
Salary Range
RM3,000 to RM4,000
