Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Manage daily departmental operations
  • Assist to ensure policies, procedures and HR programs are consistently administered, aligned with organizational goals and are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements and laws.
  • Plan, maintain, update, and deliver documentation on personnel
  • Assist to record staff daily attendances, monitor and report on staff employment, performance, training, pay, grievances, leave of absences

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Able to work multi task
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably executive specialized in admins work or equivalent.
