Assist to ensure policies, procedures and HR programs are consistently administered, aligned with organizational goals and are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements and laws.
Plan, maintain, update, and deliver documentation on personnel
Assist to record staff daily attendances, monitor and report on staff employment, performance, training, pay, grievances, leave of absences
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Able to work multi task
At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably executive specialized in admins work or equivalent.
