Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM
Proficiency in English
Computer skills using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to basic reports, to achieve work goals.
Team Skills being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and SQL accounting systems
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
Book keeping skills
Working Day : Monday-Friday and Saturday half day.
