Mandarin Speaker is preferred due to communication with clients.
Provide administrative support for whole Admin Department.
Knowledge in administration and Microsoft Excel is a must.
Maintaining physical and digital files.
Filing paperwork, answering phone calls, preparing documents for interviews.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Ensure office area is always tidy and presentable, with all essential stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
Manage office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor staff access card, season car park card, logbook, issue visitor badges).
Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing, arranging cleaning service.
Manage office supplies and pantry stock.
Arrange accommodations and travelling details to staff and HODs.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/ STPM / A Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma/ Degree, any field
Proficiency in Mandarin.
Team Skills being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel & Word.
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
