Daily Job
Responsibilities include:
- Shipment coordination & document compilation/filing
Travel arrangements - hotel & flight booking, visa application- All types of trade license application/renewals
Liaise with government bodies for new business/advertisement license application/renewals
- Assist sales team in preparing quotation, tax invoice, delivery order etc.
In charge of drivers & vehicle upkeep, insurance and road tax renewals, repairs and upkeep arrangements, motor vehicle disposal/acquisitions etc.- Other administrative tasks as and when required
Job Requirements
:
- Preferably 1 year with PA/Admin/Secretarial experience
Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Able to converse, read and write in Mandarin is an added advantage
Familiar with Microsoft Office, Intermediate Excel knowledge required- Drives own car and able to carry out errands independently
Added advantage if able to commence immediately

Pay: RM2,
