Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
Handle requests and queries appropriately.
Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines.
Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as required by the managemnet.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a STPM / A Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Business or any equivalent.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
Computer skills using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
Team Skills being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
