Working Location: Sungai Besi (Access by MRT)
- Working Days & Working Hour: Monday - Friday; 9am - 6pm
Responsible of administrative and secretarial functions supporting the department.- Dealing with email inquiries & data entry.
Manage office assets and office facilities control.
- Compile and ensure all invoice/billing pass to account department on time.
Organize and maintain files or documents records.- General office management such as ordering stationaries.
Arranging both internal and external events.
- In charge of mailing/courier services, any office related application.
Attend any incoming & outgoing call as well as visitors.- To perform any ad-hoc task by the Management from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,- 00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule: - Monday to Friday
Education:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:- Administrative: 2 years (Preferred)
Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
