Job Responsibility
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Admin to support our warehouse operations. This role involves monitoring inventory, processing reimbursements, handling claims, and managing other administrative tasks related to warehouse data. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and accurate record-keeping to support our stock management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Weekly Stock Monitoring: Track and update stock levels on a weekly basis to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Reimbursement Processing: Handle reimbursement processes efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all required documentation.
- Claim Management: Manage claims related to warehouse stock and logistics, including filing, tracking, and resolving claims in coordination with relevant departments.
- Administrative Support: Perform additional tasks related to data management and administration, supporting overall warehouse and inventory operations.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree majoring in Logistics management, transportation, supply chain management are preferred.
- Experience in Logistics and Warehousing is preferred
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply!
- Proficient in Microsoft skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills, and able to deal with immediate problem.
- Able to work well under pressure
- Able to work on rotational shift
