Job Brief
Performs a variety of clerical tasks and administrative duties such as document processing, record keeping, report compilation, stock inventory and other office support services as directed by Superior.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for administrative procedures associated with recording and collating records for preparation of invoicing, delivery orders and other documents in connection with sales, service and deliveries.
- Maintaining stock/consumables goods control, inventory, stock movement, issues stock and makes requisitions for replacement.
- Handles routine accounting procedures and keeps records of transactions, banking transactions, receipts and statements, Debtors Ageing and collection. Prepares statements and reminder letters.
- Answering and recording daily service complaint calls for further distribution to technical staff.
- Compiles reports for information of management.
- Monitor, prepares Service Agreements and contracts and handles documents processing in relation to meter reading.
- Responsible for updating, keeping records of all documents under the scope of the Company's ISO 9001:2000.
- Deals with telephone enquiries, take messages, receives clients, ascertains their requests and directs them accordingly.
- Handles incoming and outgoing mail, sorting and distribution.
- General administration functions in the areas of daily office operations, stationery supplies etc.
- Perform other related duties as and when directed by superior.
Job Requirements
- Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent .in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Finance & Accounting.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience or Finance & Accounting background.
- Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Administrative / Clerical or equivalent.
