Key Responsibilities- Prepare, check and submit claim forms and related documentations
Responsible as the main contact point between finance and external parties for invoicing, billing and payment- Responsible to assist sales department by updating market information to existing client
Answering phones, screening calls before directing it to the appropriate person or department
- Assist operations in any company activities and events such as team building, company trip and any office celebrations
Organize, develop and maintain proper filing system- To undertake all administrative duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior and the management
Working experience in general office administration support is preferred- Well organized, detailed oriented and able to work independently under pressure
Good command of English and Mandarin and proficient in MS Office application
- Minimum qualifications: SPM or higher, with relevant industry experience
Work experience: More than 1 years of experience working in related fields- Professional fluency in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage
Proven success in being a team member of a fully functional team
- Hands-on work experience with a proven track record in reaching and exceeding goals
Strategic thinker with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; solve complex problems, and develop creative solutions- Effective verbal communication, with the ability to serve a wide range of customers
Own transportation required
