Key Responsibilities- Responsible for following up on whether the water, electricity, and rent expenses of each store are paid on time.
Handle business license-related matters with relevant government departments, as well as water and electricity bill transfers, etc.- Assist in the headquarters administrative inventory of fixed assets to ensure the latest status of fixed assets.
Responsible for purchasing items for various stores and managing the company's supplies.
- Assist store clerks in handling maintenance expenses and operational costs.
Assist in organizing any company events and activities, such as team building, personnel welfare, and office celebrations.- Organize, develop, and maintain appropriate filing systems.
Undertake all administrative duties and responsibilities as instructed by superiors and management.
Working experience in general office administration support is prefered
Well organized, detailed oriented and able to work independently under pressure
Good command of English and Mandarin and proficient in MS Office applications
Minimum qualifications: SPM or higher, with relevant industry experience
Work experience: More than 1 years of experience working in related fields
Multiple language speaking candidates are added advantage
Proven success in being a team member of a fully functional team
Hands-on work experience with a proven track record in reaching and exceeding goals
Strategic thinker with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; solve complex problems, and develop creative solutions
Effective verbal communication, with the ability to serve a wide range of customers
Own transportation required
