Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Inputting data into databases or systems
  • Maintaining and updating records of each company
  • Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and process invoices
  • Assisting with job postings and candidate screening
  • Arranging interviews with department leaders
  • Assisting meeting minutes preparations and other relevant reports

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 years working experience in related field
  • Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
  • Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
  • Able to communicate with English averagely
  • Looking for a stable and permanent job
