- Process online orders accordingly.
- Assist to liaise with operation team for shipping coordination.
- Respond to customers inqueries and resolve customer complaints or concerns on e-commerce platform.
- Ensure product pages, product availability, pricing and promotional materials are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in preparing marketing campaign and monthly report.
- Provide support for marketing events and trade shows.
- Assist in maintaining and updating marketing database, systems and spreadsheets.
- Handle any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

- Minimum STPM / Diploma or Higher Education in any field.
- Required Languages(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience.
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer skills.
