Job Description

Job Responsibility

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive engagement
Manage all social media channels, including creating, scheduling, and publishing content
Monitor and analyze social media metrics and identify trends and insights to optimize campaign performance
Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and shareable content, including images, videos, and infographics
Stay up to date with current social media trends and industry best practices
Engage with followers and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner
Track and report on social media performance, providing regular updates to the management team

Job Requirements

Proficiency in English and Mandarin (Spoken and Written)
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Solid understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Proficient in social media management tools and analytics software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media campaigns simultaneously
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices
