Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • To understand accounting/bookkeeping/administrations work task and perform your duty as Administrator Executive.
Keeping company document and information confidential.
  • Task including data entry, filing, account recordings, generates reports, preparing quotation/invoice/receipt/payment voucher etc.
To secure company capital/cash and keep it at a good conditions.
  • To assist Company Managers in daily task.
To support and involve in company activities.
  • Reporting to Management.
To contribute ides for better improvement of company.
  • To undertake specified task assigned by management.
  • Requirements:
Own Transport
  • Basic Administration related skills/experience
Basic Accounting related skills/experience

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Management:
Day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming office environment.
  • Basic Accounting:
Formulate financial reports and statements.
  • Process invoice, receipt, delivery orders and manage account receivables.
Record day-to-day financial transactions
  • Documentation and Filing:

Prepare, edit, and proofread various documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Implement and maintain effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Communication and Correspondence:
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, handling phone calls, messages, emails, and inquiries.
  • Inventory Management:

Assist in sourcing and purchasing office supplies, equipment, and other necessary items.
  • Monitor and maintain office inventory levels.
  • Ad-hoc Support:
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
Organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Education:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Accounting or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM2,500.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
