RESPONSIBILITY:
- Greet and Serve incoming customer
Perform various data entry- Ensure the accuracy of the data entry
Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Maintaining internal databases
Perform various aspect of inventory management- Preparing finished products for packaging and shipment
Provide create, reply, feedback, follow up in email, message and call
- Other ad-hoc admin duties.
Minimum SPM
Willing to learn & start from below- Availability to work shift hours, including weekends and holidays
Ability to work under daily and/or weekly deadlines, in a fast-changing work environment
- Fresh grads are encouraged to apply
Experience in customer service is a huge advantage.
