Job Title: Admin Executive

  • Salary Range: RM2,500-RM3,500

We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and our supportive work environment. We are looking for an organized and efficient Admin Executive to join our team and help keep our office running smoothly.
  • Job Description:

As an Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring that our office functions efficiently and effectively. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Office Management: Oversee the general office environment, including managing supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for senior management and other staff members.
  • Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring that inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
Document Management: Organize and maintain company files, records, and documents, both in physical and digital formats.
Support for Departments: Provide administrative support to various departments, including preparing reports, managing data entry, and assisting with special projects.Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Other tasks: As assigned from time to time.

  • Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Admin Executive, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
