JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Purchase production related goods: office equipment & supplies, packing materials, cleaning tools & materials, raw materials, personal protective equipment etc.
Take part in stock taking of production related goods.- Calculate and update daily OT for production operators.
Liaise with related cross-departmental PIC such as purchasing, marketing, QC, HR, logistics etc.
- Liaise with external parties related to plumbing, electrical, security surveillance, waste / rubbish disposal, recycling, etc.
Ensure office area are clean and organised.- In charge of all production admin related work: filing, printing sticker, label, forms, etc.
Run all errands related to production department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in related field.
Competent in MS Office: mainly Excel and Words.- Pleasant personality, tactful, a positive and can-do attitude.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask.
Maintains confidentiality and possess sense of urgency.- Have good initiative in working and learning.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill with the ability to work under diverse cultures
- Independent, highly organized and good multi-tasking skill to adapt in fast paced environment
Good communication skills in Bahasa and English (Written & Spoken)- Must possess own transport.
