Requirements:
- 2 years working experience or secondary level in education
Carry own transport- Fluent speaking in English or Malay
Job Scope :
- Handle daily office administration task
Including coordinate with vendor and customer
- Invoice and receipt documentation filling
Quotation and proposal preparation Sorting data and data entry for reporting purpose
- Meeting minutes and departmental report
Prepare event and meeting needy before hand
