Executes daily store operations and support functions, including but not limited to:
- Process orders via phone / pc
Check data accuracy in orders- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Develop monthly sales reports
Reply whatsapp in an efficient and pleasant manner- Print airway bill (tracking) and pack for postage
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent customer service skills and organizational skills- Initiative to meet assigned goals, missions and objectives
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate in both oral and written
- Strong attention to detail
