Admin Job Scope:- To answer all incoming telephone calls promptly and further their enquiries
to the correct personal or department.
- Welcomes visitor by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
Arrange and coordinate the incoming and outgoing mail or documents- In-charge for building and office maintenance, monitoring the cleanliness
of office building, office equipment, office supplies for stationery &
refreshment, sanitization, access card system, set-up the meeting rooms if
required.- In-charge for preparing organization chart & staff name list.
Liaise with external parties for example insurance vendors, property agents,
suppliers, and ensure legal compliance.
- Arrange accommodation & flight booking
Providing administration support, including staff attendance, company car
maintenance, road tax & insurance renewal, office tenancy agreement,
licenses renewal, insurance management for corporate & employee, other
department admin matters.- Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filling, photocopying, faxing.
Arrange and coordinate for staff engagement program.
- In-charge of new employee on-boarding package arrangement.
Update senior managements travelling carbon emissions record- Any other task or duties that maybe assigned from time to time
Candidate must at least possess Diploma in any field.- Required language(s): English must be good and Bahasa Malaysia
Must be presentable and professional
- Required skills: Telephone etiquette, verbal communication, Microsoft
Office & phone skills, proficient in using Microsoft office.
- Proactive self-starter with an analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
