The position reports to the Executive Assistant, Corporate Office to support secretarial and administrative functions in the Corporate Office.
- Scheduling meetings, taking minutes of meeting, receiving incoming calls, responding to corporate emails, managing appointments
- Compiling and researching information when drafting agenda for meeting and letters
- Following through post-meeting progress and updates
- Conducting research on VVIPs attending corporate events
- Providing administrative support to other Corporate Office team members
- Managing appointments
- Conducting site visits
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder with proven working experience in similar capacity
- Good command of English
- Resourceful, strong organizational and time management with the ability to prioritise tasks meeting multiple deadlines
- Adaptability to handle the changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work beyond normal office hours
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency in using various communication and collaboration tools such as video conferencing, virtual team platforms, etc .
