Job Description

The position reports to the Executive Assistant, Corporate Office to support secretarial and administrative functions in the Corporate Office.

  • Scheduling meetings, taking minutes of meeting, receiving incoming calls, responding to corporate emails, managing appointments
  • Compiling and researching information when drafting agenda for meeting and letters
  • Following through post-meeting progress and updates
  • Conducting research on VVIPs attending corporate events
  • Providing administrative support to other Corporate Office team members
  • Managing appointments
  • Conducting site visits

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree holder with proven working experience in similar capacity
  • Good command of English
  • Resourceful, strong organizational and time management with the ability to prioritise tasks meeting multiple deadlines
  • Adaptability to handle the changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work beyond normal office hours
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Proficiency in using various communication and collaboration tools such as video conferencing, virtual team platforms, etc .
