1) Utilities Billing Payment and Tracking
2) Assist in renewing, managing, and terminating contracts with photocopy suppliers or contractors.
4) Receiving inventories, and processing payment.
5) Stationary control and replenishment.
6) Manage booking for building facilities.
7) Vendor management-dealing with vendors, cleaner/security.
8) Manager courier service.
9) Checking building condition-to report any issues to building manager/maintenance if required.
10) Filing and manage documentation in the admin office.
Qualification:
1) SPM or STPM/Diploma, Bachelor Degree will be an added advantage
2) Has 1-2 years as admin support
3) responsible and proactive
4) Able to work independently
5) Able to multitasking
