Job Description- Organize and maintain physical and digital files and documents.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.- Provide support for company events and activities.
Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Maintain accurate records of staff leave requests and approvals
Coordinate and track employee overtime hours- Assist in the management of staff expense claims.
Responsible for various correspondences on HR matter.
- Provide administration support in HR task including recruitment, selection process, foreign worker affairs, compensation & benefits, training & development etc
Responsible general administration functions of the company include review of service or tenancy agreement, renewal of general insurance, etc.- Maintain records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Performing ad-hoc administrative duties as and when required.
Candidate must posses at least Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is an advantage, however fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.- Well versed with Malaysian Labour Laws and good working knowledge of HR practices.
Proficient and trustworthy in handling confidential and sensitive matters.
- Willing base in Gombak Selangor
Allowances will be provided for relocation.
