Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Handles general administrative tasks
  • Coordinate, schedule meetings and arrangements with seniors/ other staff
  • Prepare reports
  • Documentation and filing
  • Oversees office supplies inventory and orders if necessary
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, clients, staffs
  • Provide support and assistance to other staff as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Min possess Diploma in relevant field
  • With min 2 years of relevant working experiences
  • Understand & Speak in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem solving skill and able to multitask
  • Prefer Malaysian
  • Fast learner
