- To be responsible for full spectrum of administrative related activities
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation
- Process, organize and maintain necessary documentation, files, records
- Liaise and support all departments on any administrative matters
- Any other relevant duties will be assigned from time to time by the management

- Minimum Diploma in any business-related field or with 1-year relevant experience
- Good knowledge and skill in MS Office, Outlook, Power Point, etc
- Must be highly organized, good in planning, team player with good communication and reporting skill
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Candidate must be Malaysian
