Job Description

  • To be responsible for full spectrum of administrative related activities
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation
  • Process, organize and maintain necessary documentation, files, records
  • Liaise and support all departments on any administrative matters
  • Any other relevant duties will be assigned from time to time by the management

  • Minimum Diploma in any business-related field or with 1-year relevant experience
  • Good knowledge and skill in MS Office, Outlook, Power Point, etc
  • Must be highly organized, good in planning, team player with good communication and reporting skill
  • Able to work independently under minimum supervision
  • Fluent in oral and written English
  • Candidate must be Malaysian
