You Will Be Responsible For :
Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
Communication Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.Document Management
: Prepare, maintain, and organize documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of important records, maintaining confidentiality.
Oversight of Company Administration
:- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office environment.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed
Miscellaneous Tasks
:- Perform clerical tasks such as ordering office supplies, managing mail, and maintaining office equipment.
Take notes during meetings and document action items for follow-up
Candidate must possess at least Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience
Be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.- Positive attitude, with strong communications skills and eagerness to learn.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
