Responsibilities:- Prepare the stock analysis and stock ordering report according to the brand
- Prepare the sales report according to the related brand
- Prepare the report needed to mall according to the related brand and mall
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the departments activities.
- Maintaining of records and filing systems
- Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships.
- Implement any ad-hoc instructions as required.
- Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma holder in business admin/mathematics/other related study
- Minimum 1 year working experience in working with data and generate report
- Experience in sales admin/sales coordinator before are encourage to apply
- 4. Good knowledge of Ms Excel (vlookup)
- 5. Figure/number sensitive and detailed oriented
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)
- Possess own transport as and willing to work in Oasis Square, Ara Damansara
