Job Description:We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin/Finance Assistant to support our finance department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks and basic finance duties.
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
- Support the finance team with bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting.
Maintain and update financial records and databases.- Prepare and manage documentation for financial transactions.
Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Handle communication with clients and vendors regarding financial matters.- Perform other related duties as assigned.
At least a diploma level of education in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Preferably fluent in Mandarin.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
