Job Description- To coordinate daily functions of receiving, sorting, and coordinating
Preparing Quotation and Invoicing- Maintaining a clean, orderly, organized, and well-stocked work.
To assist Supervisor in payment and documentation
- Any other office administrative duties, as and when assigned occasionally.
All documents are filled in daily and kept accordingly
SPM(with few years experience)/Cert/Diploma/Degree- Computer basics(Excel & Word)
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- 2 years of experience in office admin, and experience will be an advantage.
Able to provide excellent customer service.- Able to work with minimum supervision and a team player

- Mengekalkan kerja yang teratur, tersusun dan lengkap.
Untuk membantu Penyelia dalam pembayaran dan dokumentasi- Mana-mana tugas pentadbiran pejabat lain, seperti dan apabila diberikan sekali-sekala.
Semua dokumen diisi setiap hari dan disimpan dengan sewajarnya
Keperluan Kerja
- SPM(dengan beberapa tahun pengalaman)/Sijil/Diploma/Ijazah
Asas komputer (Excel & Word)- Mahir dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris.
2 tahun pengalaman dalam pentadbir pejabat, dan pengalaman akan menjadi kelebihan.
- Mampu memberikan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang cemerlang.
Mampu bekerja dengan pengawasan minimum dan pemain pasukan

Pay: RM1,- 00 - RM2,000.00 per month
