Stock Management
Receive and check the condition of vehicles and stocks from trucking either within CCB or MBM to CCBN.- Ensure punctual submission of the DFF report to MBM (within 24 hours).
Maintain accuracy in DFF report regarding the condition of the cars.
- Punctually update the stock list.
Stock Yard Documentation
Ensure documentation compliance with Dealer Standard and submit reports to MBM.- Ensure documentation compliance with internal audit standards.
Responsible for conducting stock count audits.
Vehicle Movement
Ensure 100% accuracy of all vehicle movement records, either to CCBN or other outlets for CCB.- Assist in vehicle movement as needed (Demo, New Car, Used Car & Management Car).
Assist in Puspakom inspections.
Vehicle Stock Maintenance
Maintain 100% accuracy of key movement records.- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and condition.
Report and update on any vehicle problems such as defects or error codes.
