Responsibilities:- To be in-charge of
POS on data key-in, monitoring, analysis, reporting, and etc.
- To assist in general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
To handle and ensure sufficient office supplies, facilities.- To maintain proper filing system from time to time.
To support on maintenance contractor sourcing.
To handle inbound and outbound calls from time to time.
- To greet and direct walk-in customer to the relevant correspondent.
Any other ad-hoc assignments will be assigned by the supervisor or the Management from time to time.
Minimum Cert/ Diploma in Business Admin/ Management.- Candidate with relevant working experience will be added advantage.
Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Hardworking, multi-tasking, resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency.
Good interpersonal, communication skills and reporting skills.- Fresh graduates/ school leavers are welcome to apply.

- 30am - 6pm) & Saturdays (8.30am - 5pm)

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
