- Job Summary: The Admin cum Indoor Sales is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities. This role involves managing documentation, coordinating sales processes, and assisting with customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Manage and maintain sales documentation, including contracts, agreements, and customer records.
- Prepare and process sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls related to sales activities.- Maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings, appointments, and follow-ups with clients.- Coordinate and track sales orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Monitor and update the sales pipeline and CRM system with relevant data.
- Support the sales team in preparing for client meetings and presentations.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional service.
Assist with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.- Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance.
Support other administrative tasks as required by the management team.
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
