Job Description

Administrative Duties:
  • Support all general office administration tasks.
Provide general support to management and other departments.
  • Manage reception duties including call handling and access card control.
Oversee incoming and outgoing mail distribution.
  • Coordinate courier services for parcel/document delivery.
Ensure office cleanliness and adherence to the clean desk policy.
  • Handle documentation filing and management.
Follow up on office maintenance progress such as pest control, housekeeping, aircon, machine calibration, stationery & purchase of office general items.
  • Human Resources Duties:
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
  • Address employee queries and issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,
  • 00 - RM3,500.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday


Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)

Human Resources Management: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
  • Mandarin (Preferred)
* Bahasa english (Preferred)
