Administrative Duties:- Support all general office administration tasks.
Provide general support to management and other departments.- Manage reception duties including call handling and access card control.
Oversee incoming and outgoing mail distribution.
- Coordinate courier services for parcel/document delivery.
Ensure office cleanliness and adherence to the clean desk policy.- Handle documentation filing and management.
Follow up on office maintenance progress such as pest control, housekeeping, aircon, machine calibration, stationery & purchase of office general items.
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.- Address employee queries and issues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,- 00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule: - Monday to Friday
Education:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:- Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
Human Resources Management: 1 year (Preferred)
