Hiring: Admin cum E-Commerce Assistant- Position: Full-time, Long-term
Salary
: RM2,800 - RM3,500 (based on experience)

- Working Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM, Monday to Friday
Location
: Kepong Area (walking distance from Kepong Baru MRT station): Provided for outstation employees

- Preference: Given to candidates who can start immediately and have experience with POS systems and SiteGiant
Manage and monitor e-commerce operations, including product uploads, inventory management, and product registration- Handle customer inquiries and complaints; collaborate with marketing, design, and operations departments
Launch new products and manage promotional activities
- Operate and utilize platforms such as websites, Alaya, SiteGiant, and Unicart
Regularly update social media pages, including creating and posting short product videos.- Support other tasks assigned by superiors related to online platforms
Create and manage engaging content for social media and websites
- Work with the marketing team to develop a content calendar
Implement SEO strategies to increase website traffic- Develop and present strategic proposals to enhance e-commerce operations
:
SPM/STPM, diploma, or equivalent (fresh graduates welcome)- Strong listening and communication skills
Good organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Willing to learn, able to work independently, reliable, responsible, good at- Communication, and a team player
Proficient in Chinese and English (Chinese communication required)
