Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Handle and ensure accuracy of daily cash collection
  • Prepare daily collection report
  • Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate and issue receipts
  • To respond in a professional and timely manner to any customer query/complaint and to facilitate its prompt resolution
  • Handle merchandise returns and exchanges
  • Responsible for daily administration duties for the Company to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
  • Execute division policy and ensure full adoption and comply with workflow or standard operation procedures
  • To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM and above.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply OR with work experience as a Retail Cashier or similar role.
  • Can speak in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Basic PC knowledge.
  • Familiarity with electronic equipment such as cash register.
  • Good math skills.
  • Organized, strong communication and excellent time management skills..
  • Cash handling, POS system & customer service skills
