Requirements- Minimum SPM/Certification/Diploma in any field of study.
A candidate with relevant working experience is welcomed. Language required: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess automotive knowledge.
Willing to work on weekends (Sat & Sun) and during Public Holidays.- Possess driving license and own transport.
Conduct daily sales cashiering and administrative duties.- Reconcile cash registers & petty cash on a daily basis.
Operate a computer terminal to input customer information, warranty registrations, warranty claims, and parts orders.
- Ensure accuracy of payment collection and monthly accounts statement.
Monitor on fleet customers debts.- Responsible for collection of payment.
Liaise with the Account Department on cash flow transactions.
- Provide prompt, dependable, high-quality, word processing to office personnel.
Provide high-quality assistance to office personnel to ensure a smooth-running and productive office environment.- Set up and maintain an accurate easy-to-access filing system for all important documentation.
Maintain accurate warranty accounts/records. Ensure prompt receipt of warranty money due.
