Job Description: Assist with the preparation and filing of documents, forms, and reports.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and order as necessary.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Assist with personal tasks as needed, such as managing personal appointments, emails or errands.
Perform basic bookkeeping duties, including data entry, invoicing, and processing payments.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Reconcile accounts, track expenses, and maintain accurate financial records.- Handle petty cash and bank deposits.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial planning.
Any other tasks assigned by HOD.
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, both written and verbal.
Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Auto Count, QuickBooks, SQL).
- Strong multitasking skills.
