Job description Responsible for all office administration and accounts work.
Prepare job sheet for submission of claim.
Responsible to ensure timely invoicing and quotation, and submit to main contractor.
Prepare Purchase Order including seeking quotation, cost analysis, negotiate and
recommendation. Recommend payment when work is completed.
Basic knowledge in general accounting
Able to write formal letter
Responsible for office stationery and office equipment.
To maintain proper filling system for all documentation, records and correspondences.
To implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and required by the
manager.
Plan and organize the tasks assigned accordingly without compromising accuracy
taking-off within required timeframes.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time by superior or reporting head.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,
Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business
Studies/Management
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or
equivalent.
Extra knowledge in account will be an advantage.
Software skill in Auto Count system & Microsoft Office.
Able to work independently, positive working attitude, punctual, mature, responsible,
under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
Be an efficient individual.
Able to start work immediately or with short period would be advantage.
