Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Ensure that the office is well-maintained and equipped to meet the needs of the employees.
Maintain and update company documents, records, and files. Ensure that all documents are properly filed and organized for easy retrieval.
Assist in budget preparation and monitoring. Process invoices, expenses, and reimbursements, and ensure that financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Generate Financial Report (P&L, Sales Report, and etc.)
Perform general office duties as needed, such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, and filing documents. Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Job Requirements
SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields.
Can speak in English and Mandarin

Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Knowledge in basic accounting.
