Job Descriptions
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned including answering phone calls, responding to emails, filing, data entries, etc
Perform day-to-day business transactions including issuing cheques, updating AP, AR, GL, etc- Prepare & issue quotations, purchase orders and invoices
Manage employee records and attendance
- Perform administrative duties and mainly support for Admin and Account department.
Perform monthly bank reconciliation & bookkeeping.- Liaise with auditors & tax advisors.
Support audit and tax queries.
- Assist in any ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Relevant academic qualification & experience in accounting line.
Well-versed in MS Office & Autocount software.- Ability to manage multiple accounts.
Strong time management skills & proactive in work with willing-to-learn attitude.
- Ability to work independently with high degree of accuracy & efficiency.
Good working attitude and strong sense of responsibility
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,- 00 - RM5,000.00 per month
